East Tennessee Alliance for Animals is a 501(c)(3) shelterless, foster-based rescue in Chattanooga, TN.
Our mission is to save the homeless animals of Tennessee. We do this in a number of ways.
Adoption
To safely rehome our dogs, we place them on multiple safe websites like Adopt-a-pet or Petfinder. Then we interview every potential paw-rent.
Transport
ETAA reaches far and wide in homing our animals. In fact, many of our pets find new lives in the quiet coastal towns of New England.
Fostering
We’re a shelter-free rescue, and we have a network of fosters who give homeless pups safe places to stay while waiting on their permanent family.
Local Assistance
If a pet owner is faced with surrendering a pet, we assist them with rehoming the pet or give them the resources they need to take care of them in the short term.
Sheltering
We educate our local community on proper care of pets, including preventing disease, spaying and neutering, and general care.
